Truth & Daring

It began like any other summer…

Stats

Truth (roll under): logic, science, rationality, and calm precise action.
Daring (roll over): intuition, persuasion, and wild passionate action.

Character Creation

  1. Choose a style: Brainy, Clumsy, Mischevious, Expert, Daredevil, Curious, Sneaky, Scaredy-Cat.
  2. Choose a role: Athelete, Actor, Inventor, Game Master, Explorer, Collector, Scientist, The New Kid
  3. Choose a number from 2-5. High means good at TRUTH. Low means good at DARING.
  4. Choose a nickname.
  5. Choose a goal: finish your collection, get good grades, beat a rival baseball team, win the science fair, discover something, pet a turtle, get rich, etc.

You have the following stuff:

  • a non-lethal weapon with a cool name
  • a invention you built or tool stolen from your dad’s shed
  • something worn showing club membership

Create the Clubhouse

  1. Name the Clubhouse
  2. Pick 2 or 3 features: Tool box, science kit, lots of rope, walkie talkies, tackle box, camping supplies, first aid kit, canoe, flashlights, LARP gear.
  3. Pick one challenge the club is facing: local bullies, nosy neighbor, meddling younger sibling, mean older sibling, very old babysitter, no replacement batteries.
  4. Pick a club motto
